Stabenow. The October 1, 2004 awards were given as part of the $1billion
in Procurement Celebration for the Schoolcraft College Procurement Technical
Assistance Center (PTAC), where WDT was recognized for its WhisprWave®
technology and the contracts achieved to date. Current customers and contracts
