Naval Support Contract Follows Recent
Presentation to the 3rd Arab Maritime Security Congress

announced it has recently received a purchase contract from Naval Security
Forces for the Port
of Jebel Ali, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 300 feet of WhisprWave®
large floating wave attenuator (LFWA). The contract follows a presentation
by the Company earlier this year on the benefits of its patented product
line of Maritime Port Security Buoys, Barriers and Wave Attenuators.
At the fall conference, Mr. Jonathan Smith,
Managing Director of WDT, presented a session titled "Floating
Security Barriers - Applications, Implementation and Procedures".
One hundred and ten senior military and commercial security officials
attended the conference primarily from the Persian Gulf states, including
Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt,
Lebanon, and Iraq.

of Jebel Ali, in Dubai for naval support, illustrates the global
demand for our Maritime Port Security Buoys and Barriers," stated,

The WhisprWave® is specifically designed in a modular format to

waves and sustained winds of more than 100 MPH which was demonstrated
during Hurricane Isabel in Norfolk, VA after which the WhisprWave®
installation there required no repair or maintenance

from erosion control to homeland security. The Company has been developing
the technology for several years and holds 9 Domestic and International
Patents for the WhisprWave®'s unique design and utility, with an
additional 18 patents pending.
